Stretching to 30mm

I am at 12g right now. How would I stretch my ears to 30mm?

At smaller sizes, up to 0g -00g tapers can be used but make sure to take your time between stretches. Getting bigger after that can be done by dead stretching or taping method. Make sure do some research about how to stretch safely. You don't want any blowouts broken earlobes.
