My lobe is still a little sore at the bottom and i can feel it when i squeze it but at the top half of it its normal. I think ive either got a really small blowout or for some reason the bottom hasnt healed...
Anyone have an idea what i sould do?

Downsize, start putting your plugs in from the back (assuming the blowout's on the back), do oil massages once they stop being sore, and be more careful/patient with stretching in the future.
