My stupid friend...?

Okay, so I just found out my friend stretched from a normal piercing to 4mm in one go, she said she had a friend who 'knew what he was doing' do it for her. She won't listen when I say it's stupid. Should I just sit back and watch her ruin her ears, or help her? If I help her, what should I say?
