0g to 00g

ok so i've been at a 0 for a while now maybe a year. i've been trying to get my oo taper in for a few months and everytime i try it just wont go through well my friend told me to put the taper in as far as it will go in slowly work it in through out the day. so i tried that but noticed how stupid i looked with half a tapper hanging out of my ear so i took it out and tried to put my 0 plug in but it went stright through so now i have the tapper back in but it hurts like hell and im not sure if i should listen to my friend or take it out any advice??????

i took it out and it blew out i cant even get a 14 in it

You were at a zero and cant fit a 14g in? Something is super wrong here.. Hmm... Try a nice hot shower and a nice sea salt soak. Do that a few times a day, everyday. You will just need to work your way up again in about 5-6 months, sorry man.

after a shower i was able to get a 4 back in i've done this before i always blow out trying to get to 00 its like my ears just dont want to be 00 my goal is 7/16 but the way things r going now doubt ill ever get there
