Your favorite modification

So i was like looking in the mirror at my ears and my piercings, and this question came up to me "what if you had to remove them, but were allowed to keep just one modification what would it be"
and i have to tell, off all i have i would keep my pair of lobes, because i've put so much time into them, and effort and i've had them for almost 2 years now i just would miss them alot

so fellow bodymodders,if you were allowed only one modification, what would it be? and why

Hmmm, that's a tough one. I love my side tattoo and it was three long hours of pain but no one ever really sees it so I'm not sure if I'd keep that. Plus I'm not really as passionate about tattoos as I am about piercings... I'd feel completely naked without my double nostrils but I might have to take them out for a job someday anyway. My hair almost always covers my ears but I'd feel really strange without any ear piercings. That's a really hard decision... I guess it'd be my lobes just because there are so many options for jewelry.
