Silly Question: Double Flares

I am having the worst time getting my double flares in, any help?

But to answer it; A warm shower helps to 'relax' your lobe, massage your lobe with jojoba or vitamin E oil, then you should put one side of a DF plug in your 'hole' and gently push it in.

remember, it's easier if you're on a bigger gauge then on a small gauge. And don't wear DF plugs for too long, you might not get them out
