Double Flared plugs

Hey I need to get a bit more informed with putting in double flared plugs since I want to get some soon. I'm sure there's help somewhere on the site but I haven't been able to find it. My lobe is at a 0g and I've had it at this sizefor over 2 weeks. I would say its healed since right now I have some acrylic no flared plugs. I kinda have an idea of how to put em in but I could usemore help :Pwhat concerns me is taking them out. Should I just pull straight out or Is that totallywrong? Thnx the help is appreciated

P.S. I'm thinking of getting wood plugs..
