Yeah, when I first saw this I thought he had nice lobes, then I realized they're just insanely swollen...

I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.

I think we're all just shocked and concerned; those are some of the worst lobes I've ever seen. He may like them, at least how they look with jewelry in, but they're dangerous. There's a pretty decent risk for infection there because he's got such large open wounds, and if he keeps going he's likely to split his whole ear in half.
