2g to 0g... cut ears... wtf???

I recently stretched up to 0g and the tapers went in easy, barely any pain, a bit of a pinch and the pain was gone within 5 minutes. there was a bit of resistance, but that was because it how cold its been... stupid cold winter
well anyway, I had no problem with stretching... its my actual ear thats the problem. My younger sister and I got into an arguement and she grabbed my earlobe... and pulled on my taper. it didn't effect my lobe... but where my lobe meets my ear in th back. now i have a cut there and its slowly healing up. later i realized that i while i've been stretching my lobes, my actual ear has developed cuts a couple times right where the bottom of my lobes meets my head. Has this happened to anyone else? and what could be causing it? Could it be the placement of the piercings? or something unrelated If needed I can provide pics. feedback is greatly appreciated. thank you for reading

dude. seriously, same thing with my ears, i was searching for a long time for sumone else with this problem. I just downsized, let the cut heal an i still have that gap or cut look right where it meets my head. i stretched it back up an its fine, ul be ok. i was so scared it would get bigger.
