my ear is red and sore to the touch
i can get my plugs out to clean them
but the bottom of my left ear is really sore
and red on the inside and my right its fine
what should i do to help it heal
or releave the redness and pain
i stretched with silicone and my ear is really red and sore

you can size down or suck it up through the pain... youre not supposed to stretch with that stuff

It sounds like you were not ready to stretch. Maybe go back down a size and wait a bit longer. Also, you may want to stay away from silicone because it seems to hurt more people than it helps. Stick with Glass or Stainless Steel for new stretches.
