From 14g to 0g

Hey, just did my 0g today and I must say that everything went just fine !

Started December 31st 2009 when I received my tapers and tunnels from 14g down to 0g. Had my left ear already pierced for almost ten years without any earring it it. Started at 14g, got my right ear pierced at 14g the same day. We're now March 12th and my left ear is at 0g and my right ear is at 2g.

Everything went just fine for my left ear ( the one that was already pierced ), tapers all went in without any pain/blood. For my right ear, I used the tape technique since it healed faster that way. Planning on going to 0g in 1-2 weeks.

I know for some I might have stretched too fast, but I didn't get any infections, blowouts, rips or anything ! Looks like my skin is healing pretty fast. I didn't skip any size too.

I'm happy with the results, love them ! Even my mom who wasn't happy about me stretching find this kind of cute now ahah

So here it is, 2 hours after the stretch ! ( damn I need a shave )


All my plugs ! Got one for every outfits ahah, will wait to be fully healed before putting these in tho' since they're acrylic.

how often did you stretch??

did 12-8-6-4-2-0 .. in around 11 weeks. Waited 2 weeks between each stretch, except for 2g to 0g where I used the tape method except of tapers.

Thanks. Im still thinking about doing it. I like the look of a modest sized 0ga or 00ga. Any advice on beginning or how to talk to your parents about it?

I'm 20 years old so talking to my parents wasn't that hard .. they saw all my tapers and asked what the hell was these for.. showed up later that day with my right ear pierced with both jewelry in. I guess the only thing you can tell them is that it's your body and they can't do anything about it, also tell them that at this size it will close up when you'll remove them later. My dad didn't change his mind on how bad they look, but my mom kind of like it now

Did you have any problems jumping from 10g to 8g? I'm having trouble. I'm using pinchers that taper and i just can't get them in. I've had my 10g in now for at least 2+ wks. I use triple anti-biotic ointment when i put them in th kinda lube them up but the pain is just REALLY intense. Not the normal stretching pain that you get. It feels like they're gonna rip, so I stop.

Any advice? Ideas?

snugglebunny the main thing is tobe sure ur ears ar ready, if they are still tight around the jewelry i would wait. do u play/pul on them during the day? when i wentto 8 i had to put halfway, wait then like a half hour later i pushed it the rest. a warm shower helps to!

In fact I didn't have a 10g taper, so I went from 12 to 8g. Didn't have any troubles tho'.. if it hurts wait some more and if it hurts again, you should try the taping method instead of tapers.
