is it safe to restretch my ear that ripped?

hey guys! my left ear which i ripped about to months is at 00 but i can put my 7/16 plug in fine and i think its ready to stretch to an in between size i got thats barely smaller than half inch. it definitly has scar tissue but i think its ready, what do u think?

The next size after 00G is 7/16" so i would recommend using tape to add such a small measurement for the stretch. Nick, make sure your gauge is fully healed to that 00G before you stretch again.

ya, i was put in a weird spot and the main reason i ripped my ear was wrong sized, which made me skip like 2 sizes. i finally got the right size, got sum vita e oil to. ill prolly stretch it in about a week. im scared as fuck

Just remember to be careful and if you feel any abnormalities when you stretch, i.e. ripping, too much pressure, etc., quit immediately.

Make sure that your ears are fully healed though!

haha i waited a bit longer, im actually at 9/16 now and the scar tissue is getting smaller and smaller. I got sum 5/8 plugs the other day with nautical stars on em, il post a pic once i get em in.
