Stretched to a 0g ears got kinda nasty, so I sized back down. I was wondering if anyone knows what kind of plugs I should have in (material wise) to let them heal up. Currently I have organic bone plugs in.

Definitely need to get those out of their ASAP. For fresh stretches, you should be using surgical stainless steel, titanium, or glass. You shouldn't be using any kind of porous materials in a healing piercing/stretch.

EDIT: Also, I believe PTFE and Niobium are safe for healing, but I would wait on someone else who has experience with those materials before taking my word for it.

They might be better than the other three, especially for really sensitive individuals. Niobium is awesome, but it's weight and price are not. I'd only suggest it when you aren't planning on stretching further, and then only in smaller sizes. Titanium is almost as good, and much lighter and cheaper. Personally I hate the texture of ptfe jewelry, but it bothers almost nobody and it's slightly flexible.

I agree with everyone's comment - the best materials are Surgical stainless steel or titanium. They do black coated stainless steel too.
I slightly differ on the suggestion of glass because there are small cracks in the outer edge of a glass plug where bacteria can build up - this is due to the make up of glass.

Those are my thoughts.
