pretty painful
i just stretched my lobes from 3/4 to 7/8 my right ear bled some so think it may have ripped well the point being its so painful this time more than the other times ive stretched i cant sleep on it any advice?

Downsize back to either 3/4" or possibly 5/8", and do SSS daily. Don't try stretching again for a couple months. Good luck.

I agree. You need to downsize and baby the hell out of your ears, sss and gently rub on some e-vit oil. And don't stretch again for at least 3-4 months or more.

ive been cleaning them like crazy and when i finally slept and woke up this morning i felt no pain they feel normal i looked at the one that bleed it seems to be a minor rip should i still down size?

I would say yes. When there is a tear you need to let your ear rest by downsizing, because you could end up with a weak spot if the tissue doesn't get to heal propperly.
