Plugs not going in

Ok so i just streched up, the taper went in with no problem but for some reason no matter how many times i try i can not get the plug to go in. Ive lined it up perfectly with the taper and tried to guide it through as ive done before but its not working. does any one have any advice?

After a hot shower, and use more lube. If you're doing that but have cheaper jewelry, then try a long metal taper with a concave end, and a straight plug with a rounded end so there's no break between taper and plug. If you're already doing that then you've got a choice. Try teflon taping, or just wait longer and in the meantime wear slightly heavier jewelry and do more oil massages.

your ears are most likely too swollen to fit the plug. if you are using tapers (which i suggest you shouldnt) then just leave the taper in there for a day or two, then try again. what you should be doing is taping. tapers cause blowouts.

Very, very false information. There is absolutely nothing wrong with using tapers, given that you use them properly. Wearing tapers as jewelry is NOT using them properly, either. Tapers most certainly do not cause blowouts, people trying to stretch too fast cause blowouts.

i agree with sharks.... wear some jewelry with a bit more weight for a week or two and give it a run then. if it is taking that much effort, your ears aren't ready yet.

Re: Plugs not going in

ok so i put the old plugs back in for the past week, i just slid the new taper in. the taper went in with no problem at all but the plug still wont through, every time i try to guide it through the taper falls out before the plug is in. i'm using the exact same tapers and plugs as before just a larger size.
