No 1G Plugs

They're hard to find, but not impossible. I've heard they're available on bodyartforms.com. I don't recommend skipping sizes, but I just went from 2-0...In fact I used double flared plugs when I went up to 0 lol. I definitely wouldn't recommend that though...my ears are a bit screwed up now. If you wait long enough though, do your daily massages, and try stretching while you're in the shower you may be able to stretch to 0. Like I said though, don't use the tapers as jewerly, use them only as a stretching tool. Follow the tapers with single flared or nf plugs.

Bodyjewelleryshop.com has 1G acrylic plugs for pretty cheap. I got some glass ones on glasswearstudios.com too, but they were fairly expensive. It won't kill you to just use the acrylic if you don't have sensitive skin (well, it's better than skipping a size anyway) but I'd recommend some glass ones if you can afford it.

Steelnavel.com also have 1g jewellery, it's where I got my glass plugs from, and they're not that expensive either.
