how long aftercare

Hey what's up everyone, I went a little to quick on my gauges. I was going from 2g to 0g but didn't really bust my ear up too bad, I used some vitiam E oil and it looks like its healing up pretty good.How long do i haveto wait for me to move on to 0G? I'm babying my ear cleaning it every day and applying oil, any insight to when i can go ahead to next gauge?
Thank's v :mrgreen:

I would say that since your ears are healing from an injury, you might want to wait a few months before stretching again.

It really depends, too, how long it's been since your last stretch. Maybe you can tell us?
Nose = 18g
Ears = 8g (2mm) (longterm goal: 2g [6-6.5mm])

Well, I was taking my time with the stretches approximately one month between each stretch sometimes a bit longer because i would forget but i was agar to move on to 0g,i down sized one gauge and used vitamin E oil for any scarring but it's not that bad of an injury.So wait one month maybe before next strech? :?

Maybe you can put aside another month or two? The bigger sizes sometimes need more time for healing, and I suggest taking advantage of that! It'll give your lobes plenty of time for healing and preparing, you know? And I would suggest you try to invest in some emu or jojoba oil. Those also help very well with breaking down scar tissue.

And my nose isn't exactly stretched (nothing too special). lol I just know that most of the normal nose jewelry tends to be 20g or sometimes even smaller. I had to stretch my nose piercing up to 18g in order to wear certain jewelry I wanted. :D

But please be patient with your stretching! Don't rush it, and I hope you can consider my advice fully. ♥ Along with other advice scattered throughout the forum.

And I live in Washington state! Been here now for 16 years, but deep inside, I'm a California girl. The kind with a valley girl accent that comes out every once in a while when I get very excited, haha!
