Hey what's up everyone, I just joined good thing I found your site,I just started not to long ago to stretch my ears. I really didn't know how to start but I asked around a couple of people gave me some insight on going to a piercer but they use a different method as you all know so i met this girl and she advised me to take it by baby steps. I'm now @ 0g but I put the taper on too early and i busted my ear. I was reading on here to go back a gauge and baby it also SSS and some vitamin E any other insight? I'm out here in California and I've notice alot of people starting to stretch thier ears and all sort of body parts CRAZY. I'll be on here asking a whole lot of questions.

Typically people wat about 6-8 weeks for 0+ (as in smaller)
but 00 and bigger, typically 8+ weeks.
larger sizes have higher stretching jumps, and take longer to heal obviously
but for you, since you blew your ear, wait at least 2 months of intense babying.
use vit E oil.
it reduces scar tissue, and will help you stretch easier

yeah take your plugs out to do SSS.
Personally, I cant with my right ear
its just the surface lining around my eyelets that needs it
also, I fucked my ear up and I cant take it out till it 100% healed
