Ear help please

I was at 38mm in my right ear (matching my left) and I woke up one morning with my ear sore as anything. I took it out and saw that the upper part of my lobe had cut into that little ball of cartilage in your ear. basically into the canal. This is the first time its ever happened, I took them out and am leaving them out, I also rub my ears with this African Oil (its just like jojoba oil) what else should I do (if anything) to fix this. I miss my healthy ear =[

i had my ear cut into my cartilage a while back, an for a while i had this freakish cartilage sticking out onto my plug then out of nowhere it turned purpled and fell off. Now my ear looks fine and feels fine.
