Anti-brow
I'm considering getting an anti-brow but I heard the scarring is horrible when you take em out, is this true?

Around 1"

Well almost any peircing will scar. If your not comfy with the possible scaring you should consider not getting the jewelry.
My friend had an anti-brow and her scars are almost invisable. it also depends widely on the person and their skin type

My gauges are a 9/16" but my goal is 1 inch

It shouldn't be THAT bad, unless it starts rejecting and you just leave it without taking it out/getting it removed (are you talking about the surface piercing or microdermal?)
Usually when a piercing leaves a bad scar it's because the person was too stubborn to take it out when they needed to.
