Help please.
I just recently put in some 4g tapers, they are acrylic, I don't skip any sizes and I wait at least a month or two before I move up a size, I clean my ears regularly and they don't get chapped or dry or anything, but recently when I clean them I have noticed a little blood, I'm afraid I tore my ears, should I go down a size until they heal more, or should I keep the 4gs in until they heal? I'm really afraid, I don't want to have a blowout or the cat butt effect, please help.

Re: Help please.
its always better to downsize. it relieves some of the pressure and lets your ear heal faster. also do sea salt soaks (1/4 teaspoon non-iodized salt for every 1 cup warm/hot water) one or twice a day for 5 mins

Re: Help please.
If your lobe is bleeding. Take out the tapers, you shouldn't be wearing them as jewelry and they're acrylic, not something you'd want in a lobe that might have a tear.
Downsize with a suitable material for a healing piercing. Like glass, steel, or titanium.
Sea salt soaks once a day should be fine.
