At what guage should I start at? I some big/fat ass ear lobes lol.

You mean for an initial piercing or a first stretch? If your lobes aren't pierced, I'd suggest finding a GOOD piercer and getting them done at 10G, 8G, or even 6G. Just don't let anyone put captive bead rings, circular barbells, or any other heavy jewelry in a fresh piercing at that size... make sure they give you plugs, tunnels, or straight barbells/labrets. After you're pieced, wait at least 5-6 months before you begin stretching.
If you mean for a first stretch, go one size up from what you're currently at. If you're at 18G, start at 16G. If you're at 14G, start at 12G, etc.
