I bought these blue tapers online and they're not the color I was expecting so I thought why not just paint them myself.
I'm just not sure on what type of paint I should buy so that I won't irritate my ears.
My ears are completely healed as well and I don't plan on stretching them anymore idk it that maters.
Sorry if this is the wrong section for this type of thing.
What kind of paint should use to paint my tapers with?

Well, considering that you shouldn't be wearing tapers as jewelry I don't think it should really matter what color they are, and I don't think any kind of paint is good for fresh stretches. I'd just use them and get a pair of good plugs.
I have: 2g lobes, 14g right helix
I want: 00g lobes, 2 or 3 more lobe piercings, bridge piercing, tongue, nose, septum, monroe

Tapers are fine in healed stretches, it's just brand new stretches where they create a problem.
Anyway, I know absolutely nothing about types of paint and stuff but there are people on here who make their own plugs so hopefully someone will see this!

I'm Lindsay.
I have 1/2" lobes and 11 piercings: left helix x2, both conches, both nostrils, septum, navel, and VCH.
My lobes are small but I know a lot about stretching and how to do it safely, so message me if you have any questions!

My ears are healed and they have been for almost a year I mentioned that in the description you should try reading the whole question next time before leaving your opiniongreendaygal540 wrote:Well, considering that you shouldn't be wearing tapers as jewelry I don't think it should really matter what color they are, and I don't think any kind of paint is good for fresh stretches. Im not 100% positive but from what i know this isnt the best idea. Paint and things like that over time seep into your skin, as do the opposite of well made plugs. Much more than that i do not know. But i bet itd be safe for a bit of time. i was gonna say acrlyic but its got a almost rubbery texture when dry. eh.
