Help !

Recently, my ears have been getting breakouts on them.
It's gross and I don't know what to do.
I'm not using anything new, so I'm not sure what's causing it.
Does anyone else have this problem? If so, what do you do to solve it?

^^ *blowouts
Could you be more specific? In what stretch did you get a blowout? How long are you waiting in between stretches? What are you using to clean? You left out a lot of information.

No, they did not mean blowouts, they said breakouts and that's what they meant.
Don't worry, I sometimes get breakouts on my ears too. It tends to happen most when I do oil massages and don't wash the excess oil off the lobe that I get pimples. In fact the other day I had a massive pimple right on edge of where my jewellery met the skin, it was incredibly painful.
The only thing I can think of that helps is making sure you wash any excess oils and such off with a gentle soap. I also use Gamophen, antibacterial soap, since it's made to help treat acne as well.

I understand now. I get this a lot too because i usually massage 1-3 times a day. I agree with what you said about using antibacterial soap to wash of the excess oil.

I would love to look into the Gamophen soap, but I live in the US & I'm not sure if it's sold here.
I've been using Provon which is an antimicrobial soap and it seems to be helping alot !
Thanks for the advice. (:

As long as it's not a harsh soap, it should do fine. You can get gamophen online, but I'm sure you have good alternatives over there as well.
If it's working well for you then all is good
