Downsize/take them out and start doing sea salt soaks. Use 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of sea salt per one cup of hot water (it's really important to not get it too salty!) and soak for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day. After they're healed, start doing some oil massages to break down scar tissue and wait a long time before stretching again.

My ear is going back to normal :p no need to downsize, the swelling is already gone :)

If you ripped your ear, you need to downsize.
If you don't, scar tissue will form between the two sides of the rip, and make it harder for you to stretch in the future. Taking the pressure off the rip by downsizing will make it heal back together properly and reduce scar tissue.

I'm not going any bigger, i cant cause I need them to close up in the future and right now my ear is completely fine not bleeding leaking or anything.

If you want it to close, you definitely need to downsize. Scarred up lobe holes are much less likely to close up no matter how small the hole is.
