After stretching, i noticed a tiny "bump right above the hole almost as if it were swollen. im wondering if this is a mini blow out. i thought blow outs only happened from the inside of the hole, and on the back, not like a swollen look. but maybe because its such a small size.
its hard to see in the pictures but, its just the small area right around the earring.

That doesn't really look like a blowout, IMO. It looks more like your ear is really pissed off about having acrylic jewelry in it right after a stretch. If this is your first time using acrylic to stretch with and left it in, I'd say that's a good possibility. If you've used acrylic before to stretch with and worn as jewelry immediately after without issue, that's probably not the issue and you may have done something else to anger your ear.
