Okay, so some people have told me to go ahead and move up from my 16g to a 14g because my tapers are already kinda falling out by themselves but i also think its because i need two o rings. anyway my ears aren't fully healed what should I do?

Get yourself some plugs for starters. Never wear tapers as jewerly. They're intended to be stretching tools and that's all. Because of the extra weight in the back they can kinda screw your ears up. If your ears aren't healed yet then you're obviously not ready to stretch again. How long have you been at 16g? Typically the rule of thumb is to wait about a month between sizes. Once you get up into the fractions of an inch however it's smarter to wait longer.

You're definitely not ready. Wait a few more weeks. It's not very essential at a size that small but it couldn't hurt to get into the habit, so start doing vit e or jojoba massages. You can get plugs online at bodyartforms.com for a pretty reasonable price. They're also available at hot topic and spencers, although I wouldn't recommend buying from them cause you'll be getting really crappy quality items.

BodyArtForms.com actually has a steel 14g stretching kit that has 14g plugs (I'm wearing them right now). They also have different colored 14g plugs you can buy separately.
And I agree with everyone else; it would be safest to wait for a few more weeks. The longer, the better, but also pay attention to the state of your ears at the same time! I waited 2.5 months from going to 18g to 16g (my ears are very sensitive, so I waited a bit longer), and when I tried to stretch to 16g, the taper slid right in like my ears were already stretched to that size! It was pretty awesome, so waiting is definitely worth it.

And make sure you keep them clean and moisturized; it wouldn't hurt to invest in some Holey Butt'r, jojoba or emu oil so you can massage your lobes every once in a while.
Good luck!
