Yes just buy a 2mm Surgical Steel taper, and use plenty of lubricant when you put it in, then do sea salt soaks two times a day, then wait at least a month before moving up a size.

If you need anymore help just ask.

No. No. No. No. No. NO! DO NOT GO BUY A 2mm TAPER AND SHOVE IT THROUGH! If you are at a normal piercing size(I'm guessing gunned), then you need to get an 18g taper and work your way up through the sizes until you get to 2mm, but do NOT try shoving a 2mm taper through your ear right off the bat. Go up through the sizes, take at least a month in between each size, and do not SKIP ANY size.

Why do we bother trying, eh Deano? Seems for every one person that gives good advice there's 5 others that give terrible advice lol

Agreed. Go to 1mm, then 1.2, then 1.6, THEN 2. If you've had the piercings for a long time they might have stretched a little on their own so going right to 1.2 might be possible. Just make sure it doesn't hurt and you're not forcing it.
