Piercing too low? Double piercing.

I started gauging 2 months ago starting at a 14g. I am Currently at a 10g and I noticed that my right piercing is slightly lower than my left. Will this effect my stretching process? My goal is to get to a 0g. Also, i have double pierced ears and i would like to keep it that way, would going to a 0g effect that as well?

It is lower.
wont affect your stretching.
and as for double pierced ears, you'll be fine.
