I wanna buy these Single flare eyelets, but there's 2 choices. I can get the 1"( 1/2 wearable area?) for 19.99 then there's 1" (3/8 wearable area?) for 9.99. Can someone explain that to me?

yes, its how long the plug is, just measure your ear's thickness with a ruler, get whichever plug is a better fit

It doesn't seem like there should be that much difference in price unless the 3/8" is discontinued or something. That's strange. Unless your lobes are insanely fat I'd go for 3/8"; 1/2" is a really long plug.
