So im buying new plugs and i stopped and realized that 00g-7/16's is only a 1.5mm of a jump and that's not anything big and plus I have not stretched in about 4-5 months now, so i was wondering if it would be smart to just buy a 7/16 plug and tape up to 1/2. Just trying to save some cash and get to goal size asap, thanks.

Do you mean putting in the 7/16" plugs and immediately starting to tape to 1/2"? Or did I misread something? If that's the case, why don't you just leave the 7/16" plugs in for 6-8 weeks and then start taping?

Im at a 00g right now, What im trying to ask is would it be wise to buy 7/16 double flared plugs? my ears are really stretched out from being at 00g for almost 6 months i think i could fit 7/16 in instead of buying 00g plugs taped up a little then pop in 7/16 plugs in, kind of a waste to me.

It wouldn't be a waste of time to your lobes.

a pair of plugs cost less than the surgery to fix a possible mistake
