I stretched to 00g last night with pinchers, and everything went fine. I usually don't keep the pinchers in to heal, so I tried putting in the plugs that came with my pinchers.
The problem is, the plugs have these little "indents" for the o-rings on the back, so when I tried putting them in, my ear would get stuck in the indents and they would not get past them. I tried a few times, even with lube, but nothing helped, and it really irritated my lobes.
I know you shouldn't mess with a fresh stretch too often, but I really don't feel comfortable with keeping the pinchers in until they heal (it especially irritates my ears when sleeping) so what should I do?

Re: O-ring indents on plugs
Grooved o-rings can be a complete pain. But you'll find they fit fine once your ears are healed. You can mess around trying to plug the ditch with tape, but thats stretching even more (and so so fiddly)
Buy smooth SF ones as soon as you can :3

Re: O-ring indents on plugs
Try the littlest bit of teflon tape over the end then pull it off before you place the o ring. It may not work, and if you can get them in comfortably keep them in for a few days.
