Stretching two in one ear

I know it's possible to stretch two holes in the same lobe but how big can they both be and what is the best way to do it?

Ideally I wanted to get up to 5/8 and then, depending on if there seemed to be enough room or not, try and get up to a 00g behind it.

Yes, you can. I would recommend going to an experienced, reputable piercer that you trust and tell them what you're planning on doing. That way, they can figure out the best way the piercings can be placed without running into each other when stretched.

i honestly don't even believe that is possible...the risk of the two holes hitting one another seems like to much of a risk...I am actually doing the same thing my goal is 5/8ths with my secondary hole being 6 gauge and I have no plans to stretch that hole any further...oh yea and my first holes are currently at 0 gauge
