if you do it right about a year , 14-8 you can size up about every 4to 6 weeks depending on your ears .. and then between 8 to 6 and 6 to 4 then 4 to 2 . you should wait 2 or 3 months between at least so I hope that makes since . take it slow dont skip sizes

There's no reason smaller sizes shouldn't get as much time as larger ones... they're just as important. They might actually be more important because if you build up scar tissue at small sizes it's gonna be really hard to stretch in the future.
And bigger sizes don't require more time unless you're skipping sizes, which most people do (unintentionally) after 2G.

that makes since , I just suggested to wait a lil longer than the "standard 4-6 weeks " for the sizes over 8 because thats when the full mm jumps starts happening .. and I personally found it to be easier after about 3 months .. I tried at 6 weeks and my ears just didnt feel ready , I didnt mean to suggest that the smaller sizes were less important .. I know about setting a good foundation for future stretches .. isnt 4-6 weeks usually the " standard suggested waiting time " for most stretches ? I could be wrong ... I was just meaning make sure to give the bigger sizes plenty of time and if you try at 6 weeks and they hurt then wait a bit longer .. any way I hope that makes since

IMO six weeks is the absolute minimum; I've always heard 6-8 weeks. But yeah, you're right about the first full millimeter usually needing more time.
I guess there's really no set amount of time, at all sizes you just need to wait 'til there's no pain/resistance which could take much longer than 6-8 weeks. It did for me a few times.
