So about a week and a half ago I took out my 00G silicone plugs. I usually only leave them off for a few days, not a week. Well I put them back in about 3 days ago, and I had alot of pain in my right lobe, but not my left. So I took out my right plug, and I had some bleeding. I decided to leave it out and let it heal. But it has since shrunken down to about 6G-8G and has a sorta hard "crust" around it.

Today, I took out my left plug to clean it and found bleeding, and some sort of pus. It is also pretty swollen and raw. I looked in the mirror to see the inside, and It looks like it's torn or something? Maybe it's an infection? Idk help?

And anyone have any ideas to what happened and how I can heal to get back to where I was?

Downsize to a size that fits with no discomfort and let your ears heal, and get something a lot better than silicone to put in there. Try glass, titanium, or at least steel.
What you're seeing is lymph, not pus, and it's not an infection. Try doing sea salt soaks to speed up the healing process. Mix no more than 1/4 teaspoon sea salt per one cup hot water and soak your ears in this for 5-10 minutes once or twice a day.

Hmm, okay. I just really scared that I had an infection. Thank yo very much for you help. Ohh And any sea salt will do?

any non-iodized seasalt. that's important. you can find it in any grocery store though.

Also make sure it's finely ground, not coarse.
