Reaction to wood ( Swollen ear )

Hey hey folks
Ive recently gotten a reaction from wearing wood plugs, my right ear is calm but my left ear is still swollen and alooot thicker then it should be. Its not hurting though. just very swollen

Any good tips?

Ive downsized 5mm and started massaging it with oil every now and then

Pulling out the wood plugs is the first thing. Downsizing would be the next. It sounds like you've already done those. I would hold off on the massage because swelling means there is irritation. If you want to do something to help, try doing a SSS instead. : )
