ok so i sized up to a 2g a week ago and this is what it looks like. There isnt a lip around the hole and it doesnt hurt that much but idk it looks funny. is it a blowout? and if so what should i do?

Well a blowout is when your skin goes out the back of your ear basically. It looks like your went a bit to fast and forced something and it tore your ear a little bit. If I were you I would either take them out and put your ears in seasalt, or at least put in a smaller size. Cheers!
