Lobes oozing, letting out blood but no pain

I have had my ears stretched to 5/8" (16mm) for a fair few months now and i got the impression that they'd healed. Now they seem to have little sores around the inside of my ear that look red, and ooze clear fluid and sometimes blood when squeezed, could someone help my identify the issue and what the best course of action is? getting quite worried :(

Well this could be a few issues. Give me more info though, any new jewelry? did you mess them up doing something? just little things that happened, Ill try to help you out of if you describe a few.
But definitely take them out and start putting your ears in sea salt-water for 5-10 minutes, if you dont take them out, put in a smaller size.

Well I wouldn't say the jewellery is brand new, had it in for a couple of months at least. It's quite cheap acrylic though, so I'm wondering if it could be an allergy to that? And I haven't messed them up as far as I'm aware, I'm considering switching plugs to a natural material, or downsizing, but I can't afford either at the moment, I'm doing sea and salt soaks every day since it started, and I'm using bio oil on my lobes too.

Yeah I myself haven't ever had a problem with acrylic, but it might be the problem. I say, take them out, put in a smaller size, keep doing the soaks, and when your ear is doing alot better, go back and do some better jewelry. Cheers!(:

Yeah cheers for the feedback :) I've taken them out to let my ears relax now, probably going to leave them out for the rest of the day and night then go and buy some smaller plugs depending on how much it's shrunk tomorrow. Gonna be time consuming but I can re-stretch back up to 5/8" when they're in better condition :P

Try some glass, titanium, or surgical steel plugs. If you have really sensitive skin you might want to stay away from steel because of its nickel content.

Okay, thanks I'll try one of those materials :) my ears have shrunk a fair bit since I took them out, not sure how big they'll be by tomorrow. Is it best that I'm downsizing? also Will it be harder to stretch back up because I think I've got a bit of scar tissue :/? I've used tapers to stretch to 5/8" are there any methods that you'd recommend I use that are less stress on my lobes?
