2g-0g stretch problem

hey,

so, after, like, 6 weeks of being in 2g i tried to stretch to 0g (yeah.. i know.. stupid, stupid thing to do.. i learned my lesson).

so after stretching up, my ears hurt. but i thought that was, like, the normal post-stretching sting. when i took it out to clean the next day, it was bleeding, so i cleaned it properly, then kept it for two more days.
now (fourth day), it's still bleeding, so i went back down to 2g.

so, i was wondering should i stay at 2g or go down to 4g? and for how long? and what else should/could i do to help the healing process?

sorry if that was too long.
thanks! :)

Staying at 2g will probably be alright. Give your ears a good two months to heal before you stretch again. When you do stretch up again, consider getting some 1g plugs and stretching just one millimeter at a time. You can also try taping, but I strongly recommend doing the 2g - 0g stretch in two steps either way. Best of luck!

stay at a 2g and put polysporin on your lobes inside and out ! dont touch them or play with them ! also use a little e oil every once and awhile. good luck. and remember ear streaching isnt a race take it steady and slow. :D

don't put polysporin on your lobes. it won't allow your ears to breathe and will make them all gunky. and dont use e oil on them until they've stopped bleeding and are no longer sore, because e oil is very harsh on the ears.

instead do a twice daily sea salt soak with 1/4 non-iodized sea salt (available in most grocery stores) per 1 cup water. then when they feel better you can start massaging them with jobaba oil, unscented lotion, diluted e oil, whatever.

Indeed, madam. : ) antibiotic ointments are not good for lobes. Healing or not.

yeah.. learned my lesson: "patience is a virtue" haha!
gonna stay at 2g until, like, May.. just to be sure both lobes are all healed.

thanks for the advice, guys! :)
