I am wondering the same thing.
So far, what I have read about vitE is that it does.
I just started stretching but many years ago I was pierced with a gun, and so, there is minor scar tissue there, so used vitE oil, and I like it.

It is supposed to help reduce scar tissue but emu oil does too and jojoba oil does. It really just depends on the person alot of ppl have to dilute their vit e oil bc it can be harsh to the skin. Personally I use emu oil and I love it but alot of ppl use jojoba oil too.
