My left ear hurts!

About a week ago, I stretched my ears to a 12g, from a 14g, after about a month and a half of waiting. My right ear didn't like the stretch at all, I got catbutt, and I downsized only that ear. Now, my left ear has started to hurt kind of bad, but it hadn't before. I'm really confused, because I wash them every day and massage with oil. Tips?

Massaging a fresh stretch can irritate it. Generally right after a stretch, I leave my piercing alone. I wash it once a day and then try not to mess with it. Anyway, it sounds like your ears weren't ready for the stretch. When in doubt give it a little more time.
If your ear gets swollen, red I'd there is any discharge, go back to a 14g and let it heal, then give it another go-round.

Alright, I'm gonna stop putting oil on my ears and messing with them, to see if that helps. If it doesn't, I'll downsize. >.<
