Your ears look so dainty, but I don't see why not. There isn't really anyway to tell with out stretching further. I question how big my lobes will go sometimes, but the bigger they get I find the more they self stretch. You will know if your body can't handle it. Sorry I know this prolly didn't help much, I think you could make it to 3/4ths with patience and time. Plus there is always downsizing and massages to help lobes thicken.

Yeah you defiantly have some small lobes, but i dont see any reason why you couldn't, as long as you take your plugs out at bigger sizes at let some blood flow and tissue regenerate, you should be fine.
