Ear is STILL swelled months after stretching

i stretched my ear to a 14mm and after it had swollen up for a while i took it out and even a long time after it is still swollen, it isnt sore or red its just swollen still is there anything i can do to make the swellling go down?

I took the piercing out months ago and its still swelled thats the problem

If you're not having any pain or other symptoms, that might be what it is. Swelling usually doesn't happen without pain, soreness, or irritation and it shouldn't linger if the wound is healed.
