I bought these tunnels and they aren't thick(or I guess long) enough to go all the way through my ear. They screw onto the back but the tunnel barely sticks out of the back side of my ear. Do they generally come in different sizes?

Yeah lots of places allow you to buy longer or shorter things, glasswearstudios.com in particular is really good with plugs. But as far as screw on tunnels go, i have not seen any that offer different lengths.
