I have metal plugs that the face screws on and off. I got the right one out, but the left plug seems to be stuck! I have tried griping it with washcloths for better grip, and also put a little bit of hot water on them thinking that may help? I tried griping it with pliers and could not get a well enough grip like that? Any suggestions?! the most easiest/fastest way to get it off that does not hurt! (that bad) lol. thanks!

I would get someone to help you with that. If you go to a piercer they should be able to help. I would say never put those plugs back in. Throw them away and buy something better.
