I stretched 4 days ago. I have heard to massage after one week, two weeks etc. Which is an ok amount of time? I am worried about the holes shrinking while I massage them. I'm probably just paranoid though lol.

If your stretch went smoothly with no pain or irritation, you'll be okay waiting a week or even less. They won't shrink, especially if you do your massage after a hot shower.
