What do you think about plugs that aren't round?

I've seen plugs on various sites that are square, teardrop, oval, heart shaped, etc.,& I was wondering about them.Personally I don't know that I'd wear them anyway,as I like just regular round plugs, plus I've heard that alot of places don't know how to properly measure ones like that & may not be selling you your correct size, but I still was a bit curious about them. Are they ok to wear,& if so,are they meant just to wear for short periods of time?I'd be afraid that even if you're fully healed, that eventually they'd distort the shape of your holes.I saw a photo of a person w/no plugs in,& their hole was literally heart shaped. Now,it did look kind of red & crusty,so maybe they put them in before they were healed, but either way,are they ok for long amounts of time, short amounts of time,or not at all,& will they eventually distort the shape of your hole?

i havent ever wore them so im not sure but i have heard that any of the ones with sharp points like square or hearts can cause blood flow problems for your lobes

Yeah, now that you mention it,all the non-circular ones seem to have edges on them, except maybe the oval ones, but I've very seldom seen that shape.Usually,it's teardrops, hearts, triangles,& squares,& they all have edges on them.I personally don't care for the look, but I'd just always wondered, plus,I've never actually seen them on a person, not even in photos.Other than the one w/the heart shaped hole, but like I said, the person wasn't wearing anything.

I personally have not worn different shaped plugs but would think that most ears elasticity would be enough to overcome most 'odd' shapes you put in it. If they weren't elastic and stretchy enough, we wouldn't all be able to do what we are all doing, stretching.

As for sharp corners on these plugs, I have also seen stated that they add a pressure point inside your love that can get quite painful if worn for lengthy periods. This has sorta put me off getting some really very nice teardrop Labradorite plugs.

Teardrop plugs and other shapes shouldn't really be worn for more than a day. If you like them, wear them, just put some round plugs in to sleep in.

@sh4ky- this may already be where you saw the labradorite plugs you had your eye on,but if not,you should take a look at the ones Relic Stoneworks has-stunning!They're pricey, but so amazing!

but yeah,I did finally see pics of people w/teardrop ones on;one wore them sideways w/the point out,& one wore them up & down.Like I said,I prefer the look of round ones,so I don't know that I'd try them & they look cool, but in my opinion, they somehow made the person's size look smaller than it was somehow, which I guess could be either a good or bad thing depending on the look one wants.

^^^^^^^ thanks mate. Yeah I have seen the relic stomeworks ones, pretty mich all the labradorite plugs on the net actually, and yeah for good ones they are very pricey. I just need to sort out a size to stop at for them before I commit.
