Probelm with my ears stretching on there own

HI everyone i have gone up to 12mm now and having issues with my ears stretching on there own when my glass and stone plugs fall out on there own, is there anything i can do to stop thi as i want to stop at 12mm as i think it looks a good size for my small ear lobes? I do oil massages once a day with coconut oil or bio oil, should i step up and do more oil massages a day? cheer amanda

try sleeping naked "without your plugs" it helps alot. ive been sleeping without mine for about a month now and it has helped me keep them from being so loose and i have also noticed they have been getting thicker. i do an oil massage when i get up and i do another one when i take them out for the night. ive also read that bio oil isnt very good for your ears, ill try to find the link and post it for you. i hope this helps

Thanks, I will try sleep with them out
So is coconut oil ok? As i haven't found a problem with that.
