Stuck at 8 gage for 3 months. Help!

So I've been stuck at an 8 gage (3.2mm) for over 3 months now, and my ears aren't taking to the 6 gage at all. I've been gently tugging on my ears to try and help stretch them a bit and I've been using Vitamin E oil daily, but nothing seems to be working. I really wanna stretch up to a 2 gage, possibly a 0 or 00 gage, but at this rate it doesn't seem possible. Does anyone have any sort of tips or advice for me? Thanks

have u tried using the PTFE tape? im sure that'll do the job
