Stretching to 30mm

Hello all! I am currently at 12g.

How exactly would I go about stretching my ears to 30mm?

Going from 2g to 30mm will take a looot of time and you shouldn't rush, cuz the last thing you want to get are blowouts and scar tissue. I'd recommend using PTFE tape.
